Open Call for Online Photo Exhibition with the Theme "Imaginary Cities”

THE RULES
TATÌ SPACE invites all photographers inside and outside the country, professional and amateur, to participate in the online group exhibition with the theme "Imaginary Cities". The Theme is inspired by the book of Italo Calvino “Invisible Cities”. Submit your best photo representing the idea of Your City. It can be your neighborhood, workplace, transportation, entertainment, anything related to how you feel in your city, or the one you have visited.
This call for submission seeks to explore the intersection of architecture and urban landscapes, capturing ethereal and imaginative interpretations of cities that reflect not just physical structures, but the stories and emotions they evoke. We encourage artists to draw upon the fantastical elements of Calvino’s narrative in "Invisible Cities" , presenting a series of images that transcend reality and invite viewers to experience the unseen dimensions of urban life. Submissions should be submitted by 30 May 2025 (first deadline), and selected works will be showcased in a collaborative exhibition that celebrates the beauty and complexity of urban environments.

What you gain
The selected photos will be published in our online Gallery dedicated to the event in the website www.tatispace.com and the social medias
The selected photographs will be considered to be published in the printed version of the Exhibition, in the Magazine format, printed by Blurb, and distributed via Blurb Bookstore.

The selected artists will have One Copy of the Publication via Blurb Bookstore

Submit using the following Form below
Submit one photograph or a series (max 4 photos) to the email: info@tatispace.com using the Form below.
In the Subject of the email write the theme of the Exhibition (Imaginary Cities)
In the message write: Name Surname (yours), Your Country, Title (of the photo), Place (where the photo was taken), a brief description of the photo, links to your website and social media.
Required format
Size: 72dpi, sRGB, 2500px on the longest side
File name: NameSurname_Title.jpg.
Save as jpg, max quality
General Terms and Conditions
If the file is not formatted correctly, or is submitted with errors, it can not be published.
Tati Space can not publish the photograph if it does not belong to the theme of the exhibition.
Tatì Space has the authority to decide on which artists will be selected and will participate in the exhibition, in respect to the Terms and Conditions governing this website
The author has the copyright and the permission to use the photos, and authorizes Tatì Space to publish them on the website www.tatispace.com, on its social media, and the printed Catalog of the Exhibition.
The Catalog of the Exhibition will be printed on demand by Blurb in the format Magazine and will be available in the Blurb Bookstore.
The purpose of the Curated Exhibitions and Magazines is to bring to the attention different themes on architecture and urban photography, to create a community of photographers, architects, photography lovers that are interested in the genre. We believe in the power of photography to create perceptions and change perspectives on the reality we live in, to take action, to build a better environment for future generations.
All the revenues will go for the production of the curated Exhibition and the Magazine.
